CRC Group is seeking an Inside Broker to handle high-volume phone-based sales, quoting, placement, and binding of insurance policies. The role serves as the intermediary between agents and carriers, driving transactional production to meet brokerage goals.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or an insurance designation, plus experience in wholesale insurance and strong communication, risk assessment, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute new and renewal business activity by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies within established guidelines.
• Market insurance products by identifying appropriate coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks.
• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers within defined underwriting and pricing parameters.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for agents on assigned accounts, managing communication and responding to inquiries in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure accuracy of submissions and policy information, including risk details and coverage structure.
• Monitor assigned accounts to maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and underwriting standards.
• Support production goals by driving transactional deal flow and contributing to overall team performance.
