Job summary

CRC Group seeks a seasoned wholesale insurance professional to manage and expand client and agent relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business while negotiating favorable terms across accessible markets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work extended hours as needed. A bachelor's degree or insurance designation and active licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation.
• Three years of wholesale insurance experience or its equivalent.
• Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance.
• Understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies.
• Ability to assess client needs and risk profiles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships.
• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business.
• Negotiate the best terms and coverages with available markets.
• Ensure submissions reflect accurate data on risks and coverages.
• Monitor accounts to comply with firm policies and procedures.
• Assist broker to meet or exceed production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry through ongoing education.
• Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.
