Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co. is seeking an Inside Rental Sales Representative to support equipment rentals and counter sales at our branch.

You’ll work directly with customers, coordinate rental transactions, and help drive branch revenue by providing the right solutions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in heavy equipment or construction, strong customer service and sales skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend equipment and rental solutions.
• Upsell products and services when appropriate.
• Open and manage customer accounts and quotes.
• Prepare rental reservations, contracts, invoices and agreements.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries and returns.
• Willingness to work overtime, be on-call, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rentals and counter sales.
