Job summary

You will gather customer needs, coordinate with purchasing and design staff, and process orders, pricing, and deliveries.

You will help grow sales through upselling and knowledge of building materials, while maintaining accuracy in invoices and communications with clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer needs and acting as liaison between customers and internal staff.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, orders, deliveries and installations.
• Initiate calls to generate sales and meet targets.
• Develop product knowledge through training and industry research.
• Provide accurate material takeoffs and assist with drafting/engineering as needed.
• Input and process orders, pricing, and data in the system.
