You will manage a structured pipeline, make outbound calls, coach merchants on financing programs, and collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations to ensure merchant success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside or phone sales and closing skills.
• Consistence in work history and resume verifiability.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and able to operate common office machines.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate new merchant partners.
• Drive originations and funded volume growth within the first 90 days.
• Make 60-75 outbound calls daily to engage merchants and advance opportunities.
• Manage a structured pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Coach merchants on financing program utilization and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with merchant decision-makers.
• Monitor performance trends and address gaps proactively.
• Document activities and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations teams to support merchant success.
