Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell the Tiger Aesthetics product portfolio to existing, inactive and prospective Medical Spa accounts.

You will initiate contact via phone and email, deliver persuasive presentations, qualify opportunities, and foster lasting relationships while staying compliant with FDA/ISO standards and internal policies. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and collaborate with Territory Managers to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or related field, preferably in aesthetics, medical device or capital equipment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics products and industry.
• Competitive and results-oriented drive.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email, using provided leads to introduce Tiger Aesthetics products, from 75-100 calls per day
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager for further development and closure
• Deliver persuasive product presentations outlining products, features and benefits
• Proficiently understand customer needs and the sales process through internal system
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals
• Foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
• Demonstrate professional, compliant and ethical behavior during all customer interactions
• Conduct follow-up service calls with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
