Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote our regenerative aesthetics portfolio to existing, inactive, and prospective accounts in the Medical Spa space. You will need a deep understanding of our products and the ability to demonstrate benefits to clients.

The role requires initiating contacts, presenting solutions, and meeting quarterly sales targets while staying current with regulatory standards and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least 3 years in sales, preferably in aesthetics or medical devices.
• Strong customer service and understanding of aesthetics products.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email (75–100 calls/day).
• Route opportunities to Territory Manager for closure.
• Deliver product presentations outlining features and benefits.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge (FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO standards).
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients.
