Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma partners with leading MedSpas and Dermatology practices to bring regenerative-focused solutions to patient care. As Inside Sales Representative, you will promote our portfolio to existing, inactive, and prospective accounts with in-depth product knowledge and persuasive presentations.

You will initiate contact via phone and email, route qualified opportunities, and strive to meet quarterly sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of sales or related field experience; aesthetics/medical device preferred.
• Strong customer service and understanding of aesthetics products.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email (75-100 calls per day).
• Route qualified opportunities to Territory Manager for development and closure.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations outlining features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and the sales process through internal system.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance knowledge relevant to the role.
• Maintain attendance and adaptability to after-hours support when necessary.
