Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma seeks an Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell our regenerative aesthetics portfolio to existing, inactive and prospective Medical Spa accounts. You will contact leads via phone and email, present products, and advance opportunities while maintaining exceptional client relationships and up-to-date product knowledge.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, nurturing long-term partnerships, and staying informed about industry trends and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in aesthetics or medical devices
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Strong customer service and understanding of aesthetics products

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email, 75–100 calls per day
• Route opportunities to Territory Manager for development and closure
• Deliver persuasive product presentations outlining features and benefits
• Proficiently understand customer needs and the sales process through internal system
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals
• Foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
• Demonstrate professional, compliant and ethical behavior during all customer interactions
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Maintain a working knowledge of FDA/industry standards and internal policies
