Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell our regenerative aesthetics portfolio to existing, inactive, and prospective medical spa accounts in the United States. You will leverage product knowledge to demonstrate benefits, handle inquiries, and drive adoption.

The role requires effective communication, strong customer service, and the ability to meet quarterly sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, medical device or capital equipment.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics products and industry.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email, using leads to introduce Tiger Aesthetics products, 75-100 calls per day.
• Route qualified opportunities to the Territory Manager for development and closure.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations outlining features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and the sales process through internal systems.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory standards.
