Job summary

OneHum Group is a full-service creative and marketing agency that helps brands tell their stories through direct mail, promotional products, and digital marketing. This inside role drives execution for a book of accounts, turning client needs into accurate quotes, PO generations, proofs, and on-time shipments.

You will collaborate with sales reps, suppliers, and our creative team to ensure flawless order fulfillment, while pursuing repeat business and program growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, inside sales or order coordination in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter client orders and generate supplier purchase orders with complete specs.
• Coordinate artwork with the creative team and route proofs for client approvals.
• Maintain status on open orders so reps are informed of issues.
• Research and source products and prepare accurate quotes and presentations.
• Manage proofs and samples and track production timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned house accounts on requests and orders.
• Keep quotes, orders, proofs, approvals and correspondence organized in the system.
• Confirm invoicing accuracy at order close.
