Job summary

Staples is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager-Print Services to grow revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound engagement, and consultative quotes. You will manage a book of business and develop relationships that drive repeat business.

You will use Salesforce and Office tools to manage activities, maintain a robust pipeline, and collaborate with store leadership and marketing teams to deliver tailored print and promotional solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, business-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound engagement.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, securing repeat business.
• Develop accurate print and promotional quotes for customers.
• Build relationships and deliver consultative sales solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet KPIs and revenue goals.
• Utilize Salesforce and MS Office to manage activities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with store leadership and vendors to support initiatives.
• Research prospective customers using directories and online resources.
• Manage projects from inquiry to final sale and follow-up.
• Provide market feedback to merchandising and marketing teams.
