TW Metals, LLC., a global distributor of specialty metals, is seeking an inside sales/support-oriented professional in Agawam, MA. You will deliver quotations, manage orders, and foster strong supplier/customer relationships while supporting sales campaigns.

Ideal candidates hold an undergraduate degree (preferred) and possess strong MS Office skills. No prior metal-industry experience is required as full training is provided. Healthcare, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• No metal industry or sales experience required; training provided.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn proprietary Metalware program.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engages in high level customer service through quotation responses and order handling.
• Develops and sustains supplier and customer relationships to stay competitive.
• Collaborates with Territory Manager to grow new accounts and meet budget targets.
• Plans and manages workload to maximize productivity.
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volumes, pricing, and discounts.
• Supports sales campaigns to meet customer goals.
