Job summary

Impact is hiring an Inserter Operator II for the Lettershop Production team. The role requires effectively setting up and running inserting equipment on the 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday shift, with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will serve as the lead for the machine's crew, train operators, and ensure accurate, high-quality output. A high school diploma or GED plus 2–3 years inserting experience is required, with ability to read job tickets and follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years of progressive Inserting experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job instructions in work tickets.
• Know, follow and teach Letter Shop's SOPs.
• Operate inserting equipment safely and properly.
• Be responsible for quality and quantity of each job.
• Lead the machine's workers, report production issues to supervisor.
