Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mailing inserter equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with job specifications, postal regulations, and company quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and production quality throughout the shift.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on inserter equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all company procedures and quality-control requirements while processing mail pieces and completed jobs.

Now Hiring Inserter Operator

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Requirements

• Resume review required
• Previous mail handling, postal, or related mail-processing experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and sit for extended periods throughout the workday
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of postal regulations preferred
• Ability to work in an environment with paper dust and equipment noise
• Willingness to work frequent overtime and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work a schedule with two paid 15-minute breaks and no lunch break during the shift
