Job summary

Atterro's Staffmark division is hiring a Print Operator in Fort Worth, TX. The role pays $17.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule.

You will operate high-speed digital and color printing equipment, manage multiple presses, and ensure color accuracy and quality throughout production. Candidates should have at least 3 years in a digital/color print environment, experience with Ricoh/Canon/Xerox presses, and a strong eye for color and detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in digital or color print production.
• Experience operating Ricoh, Canon, Xerox or similar presses.
• Strong color theory, color matching, and calibration knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple print jobs and machines.
• Attention to detail and print quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
• Overtime flexibility as business needs require.
• Resume and interview required.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple printers simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency.
• Monitor print jobs for quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
• Perform color calibration and quality checks during runs.
• Follow work orders, job specs, and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant.
