Job summary

Mercy Health in Boardman, OH is seeking an Inpatient Wound Care RN to deliver high-quality nursing care. The role requires 1+ year of nursing experience with wound care expertise, and RN licensure with BLS and WOC certification within 3 years of hire.

Qualifications

• Recent RN with inpatient care experience.
• Wound care experience required.
• WOC Certification required within 3 years of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV meds, charting, assess patient condition.
• Assess, stage, photograph and measure wounds per policy.
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per state law and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
