Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH seeks an RN for the Outpatient Wound Care clinic. You will assess patients, develop care plans, teach patients, and administer medications following state practice rules and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include supporting clinic flow, collaborating with physicians and staff, and contributing to quality improvement while ensuring documentation supports reimbursement and optimal care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state they are practicing (or compact license).
• Recent experience in acute care and/or home health care is required.
• Wound care experience and HBOT is preferred; UHMS course may be required.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to departmental plans, goals, and hospital policies.
• Provides wound care coverage and assists clinic flow to improve efficiency.
• Collaborates with leaders to standardize best practices and ensure resource availability.
