Job summary

Wooster Community Hospital is seeking a PRN RN for the Wound Center on the day shift. The role provides patient-centered nursing care, coordinates with the care team, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with the Nursing Practice Act.

The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio RN license, current BLS, and preferably a BSN. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, teaching, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Card.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Wound Center.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and educate patients/families.
• Maintain accurate documentation per policy and procedure.
