Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Wound Care Clinic at St. Anne Hospital in Ohio. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement nursing interventions, and develop care plans to improve outcomes.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program completion, RN licensure (state or NLC), and BLS. HBOT experience and CWCN/COCN/CCCN/CWON certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• RN licensure in the state or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) allowed.
• Current RN applicant status acceptable.
• BLS basic life support—preferred on hire, required before direct patient care.
• Preferred certifications: CWCN, COCN, CCCN, CWON.

Responsibilities

• Promote departmental plans, goals, and objectives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to drive consistency and standardization of best practices.
• Provide wound service coverage in the center.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per state practice and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
