Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience as administrative assistant or scheduler within the medical, service or hospitality fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, SLP, and TR).
• Manage e-mail requests from therapists and nursing.
• Data entry of all follow-up medical appointments during inpatient stay.
• Incorporate patient preferences into the schedule.
