Qualifications

• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry, ICU, or related care.
• Current RN licensure without sanctions.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• English communication skills.
• Background checks as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess age-specific, patient-centered nursing care using advanced clinical knowledge.
• Monitor/manage high-acuity patients including cardiac, hypertensive and insulin infusions; interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Support patients requiring BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and telemedicine via virtual platforms.
• Provide stabilization for critically ill or ventilated patients prior to transfer.
• Follow physician orders, maintain confidentiality, infection control, and perform labs.
