Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for our Willow Park facility in a PCU/Step-Down/Tele role. This day-shift (7AM–7PM), PRN position emphasizes assessment, planning, and delivery of inpatient care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Telemetry/ICU RN experience, active RN license, BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred), and English fluency. BSN preferred; willing to work varied shifts with differential pay and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred.
• English language fluency in speaking and writing.
• Criminal history clearances completed within the last 5 years or to be obtained before start.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Assemble equipment and supplies for procedures in the specialty area.
• Follow physician orders and ensure patient privacy and safety.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Attend required staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
