• Monitor/manage high-acuity patients including cardiac, hypertensive and insulin infusions; interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Support patients requiring BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and telemedicine via virtual platforms.
• Provide stabilization for critically ill or ventilated patients prior to transfer.
• Follow physician orders, maintain confidentiality, infection control, and perform labs.

• Monitoring and managing high-acuity patients, including cardiac, hypertensive, and insulin infusions, with proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Supporting patients requiring advanced respiratory therapies such as BiPAP and high-flow oxygen.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, telemedicine providers, and utilizing virtual communication platforms.
• Providing stabilization support for critically ill or ventilated patients prior to transfer.
• Following physician orders, maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to infection control protocols, and performing lab tests and procedures.
