Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients, families, physicians and staff to document a comprehensive plan of care.
• Participates in governance, committees, and unit projects.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions and updates the care plan accordingly.
• Uses evidence and research to inform nursing practice.
