Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital is seeking a rehabilitation scheduler/registrar to greet patients, schedule and register rehab services, and verify insurance benefits on first visits. You will maintain records, support staff, and handle day-to-day clinic operations with attention to privacy and safety.

In this role you will coordinate with physicians, nursing, and utilization review to ensure smooth admissions, while upholding our mission and service standards in a busy hospital setting.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma; college education preferred.
• Prefer 1 year of medical office experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to verify insurance information and assist with registration.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, schedule and register for rehab services.
• Obtain ID and verify insurance; explain benefits on first visit.
• Maintain records, assist staff, and support office operations.
