Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is seeking a Recovery Support Staff to observe and assist clients in recovery from alcohol or substance use disorders. The role supports daily living activities, participates in group therapy, and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic environment under nursing supervision.

Responsibilities include nursing assistance as assigned, de-escalation, and collaboration with treatment teams to identify patient needs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR and CPI certification.
• Prior experience in mental health or recovery support in an inpatient setting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Observe and assist assigned clients in daily living activities and treatment.
• Participate in group therapy and staff meetings; report observations to treatment team.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and uphold safety protocols.
• Provide nursing assistance as directed by the RN/LVN.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support patient care.
