Responsibilities

• Greets patients, visitors, physicians, and Associates professionally.
• Maintains inventory of phlebotomy supplies and patient preparations.
• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and dermal puncture accurately and efficiently.
• Labels and handles specimens per policy; ensures proper accessioning.
• Assists with data entry and communication with physicians and nursing staff.
