The role includes processing prescriptions, maintaining pharmacy records, inventory control, and adherence to infection-control policies. Strong customer service and accurate financial transactions are essential. Shift: afternoons/evenings; full-time with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license by State Board of Pharmacy is required.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.
• Hospital/pharmacy setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Review and record patient information with prescriptions.
• Educate patients on proper medication use.
• Assist pharmacist with daily operations and inventory.
• Follow infection-control policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
