Mercy Health is seeking a Part-Time Inpatient Staff Pharmacist at West Hospital in Ohio. The Clinical Pharmacist contributes to clinical programs for 50-90% of the time, ensuring safe, cost-effective therapy while complying with regulations.

Work 20 hours per week in the afternoons. You will participate in medication management, clinical reviews, education of staff, and collaboration with the pharmacy team to optimize patient care and resource use.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD (required)
• Advanced pharmacy degree - Doctor of Pharmacy, Masters, Residency (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Participate in clinical programs to improve patient care and promote health
• Perform medication reviews and therapy management for safe and effective use of medications
• Support pharmacy operations in medication distribution and order processing
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services
• Provide education to pharmacy staff and serve as a preceptor for students and residents
• Process orders and provide medication review for appropriateness, safety and efficacy
