You will develop and update plans of care, document progress, and collaborate with physicians, case managers and the care team to restore function and improve daily living skills. A Bachelor's in OT is required, with advanced OT credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical documentation and interprofessional communication.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans with measurable goals.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat adults with physical disabilities using evidence-based OT.
• Develop, implement and update care plans with measurable goals.
• Document patient progress and discharge planning in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to optimize outcomes.
