Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Therapy Services IP Adult department in Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in OT preferred
• Bachelor's in OT required
• BLS certification required
• Arizona OT license current and in good standing

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized OT plan of care with evidence-based techniques.
• Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans with measurable goals and discharge plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation in medical records and billing.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervises assistants and provides guidance to therapy staff.
