Job summary

HonorHealth's Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and plan patient-centered care for individuals with functional limitations.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans, document progress, and contribute to quality outcomes while adhering to regulatory requirements. A Bachelors and a Masters/Doctorate in OT and an active AZ OT license are required, along with BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited university approved by AOTA.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in OT from an accredited university approved by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using evidence-based OT techniques.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to optimize discharge planning and patient outcomes.
