Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA.

Responsibilities

• Implements evidence-based physical therapy services to improve function.
• Develops and updates the plan of care with patient/family.
• Maintains documentation and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
