Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix seeks an Occupational Therapist for the Inpatient Float Pool across our network of medical centers. The role requires NICU experience and willingness to work across three or more campuses during the day shift.

You will evaluate, treat, document, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and support discharge planning while maintaining compliant documentation and billing practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred; Bachelor's required.
• Six months of NICU experience preferred.
• Inpatient OT float pool across multiple medical centers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence‑based occupational therapy techniques.
• Develop and update plan of care with patient/family; document thoroughly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists; participate in rounds.
• Handle billing sheets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
