Job summary

Miami Valley Hospital is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for the Inpatient Oncology Unit. This full-time role (7a-7:30p) focuses on supervising staff and executing the nursing vision under the Nurse Manager, delivering high-quality patient care.

The ANM will lead daily operations, coach the nursing team, ensure adequate resources, and drive engagement, patient experience, and quality outcomes in a dynamic oncology setting.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required or must obtain within 5 years of hire
• Valid Ohio RN License
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of others as an extension of the Nurse Manager in the inpatient unit
• Provide day-to-day leadership presence and staff coaching/mentoring
• Support staffing/resource planning to meet patient care needs while maintaining productivity
• Lead patient experience rounding and participate in quality improvement actions plans
