The ANM-Inpatient focuses on human resource leadership, staffing, coaching, and performance improvement, fostering an inclusive environment where staff thrive and patients receive exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or BSN completion within 5 years required.
• Active Ohio RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1-3 years of job-related nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing care on Head & Neck unit.
• Act as extension of Nurse Manager in leadership presence.
• Coach and mentor nursing staff to improve engagement.
• Ensure staffing adequacy and productivity standards.
• Lead performance improvement activities and nurse leader rounding.
