Qualifications

• Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA, prior to starting employment Required
• Masters or Doctorate D

Responsabilités

• Implements an individualized treatment plan through the use of skilled, evidence-based OT techniques and goals.
• Evaluates patients and develops measurable long and short-term goals with discharge planning.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the patient’s medical record and billing requirements.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
