Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and evidence-based therapy for patients with physical disabilities across several Arizona centers. You will develop and update plans of care with patients and families, following physician guidelines and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly, and participate in rounds and discharge planning to promote functional recovery and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with active AZ license.
• BLS certification required.
• 6 months recent network float experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements evidence-based OT treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Interacts with physicians, case managers, and therapy staff to optimize care.
• Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and process improvements.
