Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Laborist to provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care in Munster, IN. The role offers substantial compensation and a strong balance of clinical leadership and tech-forward practice in a premier facility.

Board-certified/eligible in OB/GYN with Indiana license and CSR/DEA is required. You’ll work a fixed schedule with a focus on patient outcomes, supported by EPIC EMR and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Indiana Medical License or eligibility and CSR/DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including labor, deliveries and C-sections.
• Maintain a highly predictable schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 hours/year).
• Manage phone availability per hospitalist rotations.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI-assisted tooling for documentation and workflow.
• Lead obstetric emergencies and triage evaluations with the hospital team.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics and nursing staff.
