Management Performance Associates in Munster, IN seeks a Laborist to provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care in a premier, tech-forward facility.

This full-time role features a predictable schedule (144 hours per month), EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation, relocation assistance, and competitive compensation ($320,000–$400,000 per year). Board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN with Indiana license encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a plan for certification within a defined timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration or eligibility.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including managing active labor, routine deliveries, and C-sections.
• Work a predictable schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Coordinate with hospitalist shifts for phone availability expectations.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI features to streamline documentation and workflows.
• Serve as in-house clinical leader for obstetric emergencies and triage evaluations.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, and advanced practice staff.
