Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Laborist in Munster, IN for a full-time, permanent obstetrics/gynecology role with a compensation range of $320,000–$400,000 per year.

You will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, follow a 144-hour monthly schedule, and work with an EPIC EMR system enhanced with AI features to streamline documentation and patient workflows. Relocation assistance is available to support the transition.

Competenze

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• US medical school graduate or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration required or eligible.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor, deliveries, and cesarean sections.
• Maintain a predictable schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Manage phone availability aligned with hospitalist shift rotations.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI functionality to streamline documentation and workflows.
• Lead obstetric emergencies and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
