Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Laborist for an inpatient OB/GYN role in Munster, IN. This full-time, permanent position offers a highly competitive base salary, relocation assistance, and a cutting-edge EPIC EMR system with AI enhancements.

You will manage labor and deliveries, lead obstetric emergencies, and collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, and APPs, while enjoying a balanced schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA eligibility.
Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation.
Graduate from US medical school or international equivalent (MD/DO).

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including labor, deliveries, and C-sections.
Maintain a predictable schedule: 144 hours/month (1,728/year).
Lead obstetric emergencies and triage with hospital team.
Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, and APPs.
Utilize EPIC EMR with AI-enabled workflows to streamline care.
