Connectly Recruiting seeks a Laborist in Munster, IN to join a premier inpatient obstetrics team. The role offers a $320,000–$400,000 annual base package with relocation assistance and sign-on options.

You will provide obstetric and gynecologic care, manage labor, deliveries, and emergencies using EPIC with AI-enabled documentation. Board-certified/eligible in OB-GYN, Indiana license or eligibility, and strong EMR skills are required.

Competenze

• Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license or eligibility.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation.
• Strong communication and EMR proficiency.
• Graduate from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor, deliveries, and C-sections.
• Maintain a highly predictable schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 per year).
• Manage phone availability aligned with hospitalist shift rotations.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI features to streamline documentation and workflows.
• Serve as in-house clinical leader for obstetric emergencies and triage.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, and advanced practice staff.
