RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Munster, IN is seeking a LABORIST to provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care. The role offers a stable, full-time commitment with a schedule of 144 hours per month and a suite of AI-enhanced EPIC tools for documentation and workflow efficiency.

Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN, with Indiana licensure and CSR/DEA, is required. Relocation assistance, sign-on options, comprehensive benefits, and an emphasis on physician well-being are highlighted.

Competenze

• Board certified or board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology with plan for certification within timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor, deliveries and C-sections.
• Maintain a highly predictable schedule at 144 hours per month (1,728 per year).
• Serve as in-house clinical leader for obstetric emergencies and triage evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics and APPs.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system with AI functionality to streamline documentation and workflows.
