Job summary
Essenti Talent is seeking a Laborist for Munster, IN. This full-time, permanent position offers inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care with a 144-hour monthly schedule and access to an AI-enhanced EPIC EMR.
Ideal candidates are board-certified/board-eligible in OB-GYN with Indiana medical licensure and CSR/DEA registration. Relocation assistance is available and a competitive compensation package is provided.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a plan for certification.
- Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
- Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Strong EMR proficiency and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor, delivery, and C-sections.
- Work a predictable schedule: 144 hours per month (1,728 hours/year).
- Lead obstetric emergencies and triage evaluations.
- Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, pediatrics, and APN staff.
