Job summary

United Future is seeking a Laborist for an in-patient OB/GYN role in Munster, IN. This full-time, permanent position offers a premier, tech-forward environment with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted workflows to support clinical care and documentation.

You will provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care, manage deliveries and C-sections, and work a predictable schedule of 144 hours per month. Relocation assistance is available and a competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in OB/GYN with intent to certify.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation.
• Excellent communication and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries and C-sections.
• Maintain a 144-hour per month, 1,728-hour/year schedule.
• Coordinate phone availability with hospitalist shifts.
• Lead obstetric emergencies and triage with team.
• Use EPIC EMR and AI features to streamline documentation and workflows.
