Your Talent Team is seeking a Laborist in Munster, IN for a full-time, permanent role. Compensation ranges from $320,000 to $400,000 per year, with relocation assistance and a chance to shape a physician-led practice in a premier, tech-forward facility.

The position emphasizes inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, a stable 144-hour monthly schedule, AI-enhanced documentation, and strong collaboration with MFM, pediatrics, and APN teams.

Competenze

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• US medical license or eligibility in Indiana
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication and EMR proficiency

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor management and deliveries
• Maintain a predictable schedule: 144 hours per month (1,728 per year)
• Manage phone availability aligned with hospitalist shifts
• Lead obstetric emergencies and triage with the team
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics and APN staff
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and workflows
