Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Laborist in Munster, IN for a full-time inpatient OB/GYN position.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• US or international medical degree from an accredited school.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Indiana or eligible for CSR/DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor, routine deliveries, and emergency procedures (e.g., C-sections).
• Manage a predictable schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Coordinate with hospitalist shifts for phone availability and admissions.
• Lead obstetric emergencies and triage, collaborating with maternal-fetal medicine and nursing staff.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI features to streamline documentation and workflows.
