Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a plan for certification.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration or eligibility.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor, deliveries, and C-sections.
• Maintain a predictable schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Lead in-house obstetric emergencies and triage with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, and nursing staff.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation to streamline workflows.
